Cool-Off Period : Seperation Policy

We hope all members exhaust all possible methods to communicate when a problem or misunderstanding arises. This is done in the form of one-on-one discussions with the offender trying to resolve the matter, then taking it up the COC, and finally to Command Council if neccessary. We are friends first and friends sometimes step on each other's toes.

However, when a member decides to remove the =LB= Tags because of a conflict or disagreement and all possible means have been exhausted, the leaving player will be restricted from Servers, Forums, and VENT comms for a cool off period of no less then 90 days. After which depending on good behavior on servers and forums and any other communication method the restriction will be lifted.

If however the leaving player is hostile, malicious, or attempts to defame =LB= or it's divisions or create disharmony, the bans will become permenant and may extend to all =LB= servers and communication methods.

Furthermore, a Former Member may have this "cool off period" lifted in whole or part upon a majority vote of the Command Council depending on the actual events and conduct of the leaving member.
